What are the Check-In and Check-Out hours?

Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11:00 am on departure day.

 

Can I cancel my reservation? Are there any penalties?

It is very important to check the hotel policy at the time of reservation. If you have chosen a Flexible Rate no penalty will be charged if you cancel within 06:00 pm(local time) 1 day before arrival date. However if you have chosen a "Not Refundable" rate, cancellations and changes are Not Allowed.

 

Cancellation requests must be sent via email or fax in order to avoid the penalty of the first night's stay.

 

If I need to leave the hotel earlier than stated in my reservation, Do I pay a penalty?

To avoid to be charged for 1 night penalty in case of earlier departure, please inform the Front Office at check-in. In case the service has been purchased with "Not-Refundable" fare, you’ll have to pay the full amount.

 

Is breakfast included in the price?

The price includes buffet breakfast. Who book through our website will get also free minibar.

 

Are online payments safe?

How much is the tourist tax?

For those staying in a 3 star hotels the fee is 4.00 Euro per person per night.

- Disabled people and their assistants 
- Children under 18 years of age
- Family members or similar / assistant s of people hospitalized in health facilities in the Province of Milan (exemption is valid for the entire period of hospitalization)
- Members of Police , Carabinieri, Marines, Air Force, Navy
and other Police / Armed Forces, in town on duty
- Residents in the city of Milan
- Students over 26 years, enrolled at University / University of Milan
- Volunteers of the Civil protection or other voluntary associations, on duty in Milan for natural disasters and major events specifically indicated by the administration

  

What is the tourist tax?

Milan, like many other cities in Italy and in the rest of World, introduced the tourist tax for tourists and visitors in September 2012.
The amount must be indicated separately in the payment receipts.

The proceeds will be used to finance the recovery of the city's artistic heritage, and for the improvement of touristic services.

 

ls the hotel located in a C area?

Yes, the hotel is located in the so called "Cerchia dei bastoni," where there are traffic restrictions which presupposes the payment of the “Area C” Ticket, that costs 5€/entrance, and that has to be activated within 24h of effective entrance in the area.

If you arrive at the hotel by car , please talk with the staff at the front desk. They will give you informations and help you with the payment.
